I felt really sick when I was running, but struggled through. I really need this to work.

I also bought a 4kg kettlebell online and my lovely friend Whitney is putting KettleWorx on a USB for me so I can do the 6 week gonna-kick-my-ass workouts. I guess what I was doing wasn’t working (gaining inches, what the actual fuck) so I need to step it up.
