I found out that I’ve lost most of my hours at work and have to find another job. It makes me feel sick, I love my job and I’m good at it and now I don’t know what I’m going to do.

Pan fried fish in lime juice, salt and pepper and a salad of baby spinach, red onion, avocado, aged cheddar, hard boiled egg and homemade wholegrain croutons. And for dessert we’re going to have natural yoghurt with blueberries that’s been popped in the freezer for half an hour. YOM.

Day 1, Week 5 of C25k complete!
This week you walk 5 minutes, run 5 minutes, walk 3 minutes, run 5 minutes, walk 3 minutes, run 5 minutes, walk 5 minutes. And I’m doing it and not completely dying! I mean, I’m still alive enough afterwards to do 25 minutes on the bike and all my weights. So y’know, it can’t be so bad.
